How Does Post-Sale Marketing Work in TRXio?
TRXio utilizes a special LiveQR Code, known as a “LiveQR”, to label each individual inventory item. This LiveQR also serves as a Unique Identifier (UID) for each item and is used to track the product through its lifecycle. LiveQR codes can carry more information than a single barcode.
Each LiveQR has its own designated landing page on the web that can be customized through the TRXio platform to contain information about the product. Information such as pictures, product warranties, coupons, contests, product videos, social media information, and reorder information can be displayed on the page. LiveQR codes can be scanned anywhere using a common web-enabled device, such as a smartphone or tablet, allowing access to the landing page. Many companies use this for marketing purposes after the sale of the item to the consumer.
